We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer/Systems Engineer to work with a small (30+) program team on the integration of a full suite of developmental ISR onto a jet aircraft. The Chief Engineer will work with the various program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to include the Payload Integration IPT, the Aircraft Integration IPT, the Systems Engineering IPT, etc to oversee and direct the design of the aircraft.

The Chief Engineer's responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and directing the work of over twelve payload sub-contractors as well as the Aircraft Modification Contractor.
  • The Chief Engineer will review all designs and, based on experience, direct engineering changes to ensure the success of the program.
  • Interface with the End User to explain/defend engineering designs and concepts.
